About the Author

Gail Donner, PhD, RN, and Mary M. Wheeler, MEd, RN, PCC, have been partners since 1992 in a consulting firm specializing in coaching, mentoring, and career development. Well known for their long-standing interest in and commitment to professional development, they consult, design comprehensive organizational programs, deliver workshops, and provide individual coaching.

They have done work in Canada, the United States, Europe, and South Africa and have worked with the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and Sigma Nursing. Gail is past president of the Lambda Pi Chapter and Mary was an honor society book proposal reviewer.
