Key search terms, utilizing Boolean operators, included clinician, nurse, managers, leadership, leaders, engagement of leaders, engagement of managers, engagement of leadership, adoption, practice change, clinical practice change, and sustainability. Articles were critically appraised to determine reliability, validity, and applicability; 10 articles were identified for inclusion.
