Presentation entails the organization's initiatives in sustaining a healthy work environment. Highlights of collaborative initiatives encompassing the six elements of a healthy work environment during the novel COVID-19 pandemic and beyond are featured.

- Identify the definition of posttraumatic growth
- Discover one way to apply this concept to clinical work and how it can cause transformation for the individual who has expereinced it
Author Bio:
Richard Tedeschi, PhD, is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Psychological Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and Distinguished Chair of the Boulder Crest Institute for Posttraumatic Growth, in Bluemont, Virginia, where he has been one of the developers of programs based on posttraumatic growth principles to help combat veterans and first responders.
