Sigma Marketplace utilizes many outstanding suppliers of nursing content. Therefore your purchases may be shipped out of multiple locations depending on the availability and provider of the item(s) selected.

Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed on the next business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays)

Orders ship within 1 -2 business days after processing, from the vendor. Shipping information is based on product availability. Saturday delivery is not available for orders.

*Please note:
 Shipments mailed to Military and PO Box addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). 

All merchandise, including CPD must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in good condition, with all tags attached, and with proper pack/bag/box unless the item(s) are defective. Defective items must be reported within 14 business days. CPD courses cannot be more than 50% completed at the time of return.

Please note the following:

  • Defective or Damaged products must be reported to our customer service department within 14 business days after receipt of the item and can be replaced for the same item or refunded.
  • Exchanges can only be processed for apparel items ranging in sizes small through x-large of the same item. At this time we are unable to do an exchange up to or down from a 2X due to the difference in pricing.
  • Honor Society Rings
      • Resizing up to or down one ring size is available through our manufacturer for a small fee.
      • Refunds for rings will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
  • CPD  Courses: If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your course, please contact M-F 9am-5pm EDT

How to return your item:

Ask for the CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS to which the return package should be sent. We have several different product providers so it is extremely important to obtain the correct return address.


Prepare package for return, write the RETURN ADDRESS and RMA NUMBER on the outside of the return package. If the RMA number is not present, the package will not be accepted by the provider, and it will be returned to you.

Complete the bottom portion of the RETURN POLICY FORM that was included with your original order, and place this along with the PACKING SLIP, inside the box. This will inform the receiving department of how to complete or resolve your ordering experience.

In order to receive a refund, items must be returned and received WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt of the product.

Processing of your return:

Once your product has been received, and we have been notified by our provider, please allow up to 30 days for complete processing of your refund or exchange.
