Contact customer service Request a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). Ask for the CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS to which the return package should be sent. We have several different product providers so it is extremely important to obtain the correct return address. |

Prepare package for return, write the RETURN ADDRESS and RMA NUMBER on the outside of the return package. If the RMA number is not present, the package will not be accepted by the provider, and it will be returned to you. Complete the bottom portion of the RETURN POLICY FORM that was included with your original order, and place this along with the PACKING SLIP, inside the box. This will inform the receiving department of how to complete or resolve your ordering experience. |
